“The Biggest Loser” Host Alison Sweeney Launches Weight Loss Program For Dogs

Jan 15, (THAINDIAN NEWS) It seems that “The Biggest Loser” host Alison Sweeney is influenced by the reality show so much that she has even found a weight loss program for her dog. In the reality series where the contestants participate not only to lose their weight but also to gain a whooping cash prize but in her case, Alison Sweeney wanted her dog Winky to shed its extra kilos. In one of her recent interviews, the television show host said that she followed diet weight loss program of a reputed company to make her dog lose its extra pounds.
Alison Sweeney told a reputed media source that the veterinarian informed her that her dog Winky has gained extra two kilos. Winky is a Boston Terrier from a reputed Los Angeles shelter, which her family rescued years ago. The Soap Opera Digest Award-winning personality said that she was shocked to hear the news from the vet as for a dog, two pounds of weight gain means a lot. However, she added that her dog’s weight loss diet was successful enough as she and her family could see the results in some months.
Alison Sweeney said that her son, Ben used to feed their dog and ‘treats’ were also a part of Winky’s diet. The host cum actress said that Ben was also at the vet with her and he was given the responsibility to feed their dog. “The Biggest Loser” host said that the whole incident was a good lesson for her son as he could understand how to make “good choices” to keep the body fit and healthy. Alison Sweeney said that she can see a great difference in her dog now as it looks better than before.
