Thai police bust bra-pinching gang
February 9th, 2010 - 11:29 am ICT by IANSBangkok, Feb 9 (DPA) Thai police have arrested a gang of five men who allegedly stole more than 30,000 Triumph-brand bras worth an estimated 3 million baht ($90,900), media reports said Tuesday.
The bra-pinching gang was arrested Monday in Samut Prakan province neighbouring Bangkok, the Bangkok Post reported.
A total of 2,762 new Triumph bras were seized from the gang.
The arrests were the result of a complaint by Body Fashion (Thailand) Co, the local manufacturer of Triumph lingerie, that 30,000 brassieres had recently been stolen from its warehouse in Samut Prakan.
