Washington, September 3, 2010 (Just Flashed): A 48-year-old male of suburban Dallas named Alan Nevil had been gravely injured in a shelling two weeks ago. Two kids had been accused of perpetrating this criminal act. These two kids, one of whom is a 13-year-old boy and the other is a 12-year-old girl, had been arraigned. Now, however, there is more legal trouble in the offing for these two children since Alan Nevil has expired. This is the rationale behind the additional legal difficulty likely to come down on these two children. Therefore, another arraignment could be added to the list of arraignments against these children.

In the abovementioned shelling two weeks ago, the 46-year-old wife of Alan, Darlene Nevil, had also been liquidated.

The headquarters of the Medical Examiner of the Dallas County has mentioned that Alan Nevil breathed his last breath at night on Thursday at the Baylor University Medical Center.

The two kids have been indicted with slaughter and aggravated assault in the shelling. The spokesperson of the Garland police force happens to be Joe Harn, who has uttered that the assault charge would not be raised until at least Friday. Harn has vocalized that both the suspects have been positioned in the Juvenile Detention Center of the Dallas County.

The police officers have refused to categorize the kids or let slip their connection with the now deceased Nevils for the reason that they are minors.
