Taliban behead four in Afghanistan

Kabul, Aug 10 (IANS) Taliban rebels have beheaded four civilians in Afghanistan’s Farah province, police said Wednesday.
“A group of armed Taliban rebels kidnapped four civilians in Balabluk district of Farah province Tuesday on charges of cooperation with the government and beheaded them,” police spokesman Abdul Rauf Ahmadi told Xinhua.
Farah is about 700 km west of Afghan capital Kabul.
The official said all the four people were civilians and had no link with the government.
