Suspected bomber arrested in Pakistan
May 10th, 2010 - 6:06 am ICT by IANSKarachi, May 10 (IANS) A suspected bomber was arrested Sunday at the international airport in Pakistan’s souther port city of Karachi, Officials said.
The man, a civil engineer by profession, was caught with electric circuits hidden in the cavities of his shoes, Geo TV reported.
According to airport authorities, connecting explosives with the found electric circuits could prepare a bomb.
The arrested person is a resident of Karachi and he was going to Muscat in Oman by a plane.
