South African mother suspected of killing three kids
January 2nd, 2012 - 9:27 am ICT by IANSCape Town, Jan 2 (IANS) A 36-year-old pregnant woman in South Africa is being investigated for allegedly murdering three of her children in Western Cape province, said authorities.
The lady, whose name was not given, has confessed to have murdered her two-year-old son. But she might also be related to the deaths of her two other children, Xinhua quoted police as saying.
“I can confirm we are looking at the deaths of two or more (of her children),” said warrant officer November Filander.
The child’s body was found by community members in a shallow grave at a school near Cape Town Saturday.
