Feb 4, (THAINDIAN NEWS) When former first daughter Chelsea Clinton tied the knot with longtime beau Marc Mezvinsky in the month of July last year in Rhinebeck, New York, it was a fairy-tale ending to a romance that had the media buzzing for quite some time. However, after just six months of marriage, rumors have surfaced that the marriage of former President Bill Clinton’s daughter and the 33-year-old investment banker might be on the rocks already after Marc Mezvinsky quit his job at the financial firm G3 Capital to take up a snowboarding trip for three months without his wife. Despite reports of their marriage being in trouble creating quite a stir, a source close to the couple has refuted the reports saying that these are nothing but a figment of imagination.

While talking to the media, a close friend of the couple has revealed that any of the reports hinting that Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky’s marriage has hit rock bottom is false while adding that “the happy couple are happy.” The reports claiming that the pair is on the verge of parting ways were triggered after Marc Mezvinsky left his Manhattan based job for a snowboarding trip without his wife.

While Chelsea Clinton would be staying in New York, her investment banker husband would be spending some time in the Wyoming based Jackson Hole ski resort. A report published in a leading news source claimed that the problems were brewing between the couple as they had a disagreement over starting a family. However, sources close to the couple have asserted that their marriage is still going strong.
