Son kills mother over night out
July 23rd, 2012 - 9:47 pm ICT by IANSLondon, July 23 (IANS) A British teenager allegedly killed his mum when she told him he was grounded, a media report said Monday.
Leah Smith, 41, was believed to have been hit with a blunt instrument as the pair rowed at home about a night out with friends, The Sun reported.
Her body was found Saturday and the boy was arrested.
A neighbour said Sunday: “They were a very close pair. There were often rows though, and this was another one about him not being allowed out with mates.”
Bouquets of flowers were left outside their block of flats Sunday in Weymouth, Dorset.
