Robin Williams heading to Broadway
February 27th, 2009 - 11:20 pm ICT by IANSLondon, Feb 27 (IANS) Hollywood funnyman Robin Williams is taking his one-man show “Weapons of Self-Destruction” to Broadway.
Contactmusic.com reports that the “Mrs Doubtfire” star is to perform the solo show at New York’s Neil Simon Theatre, following a successful 80-city US tour.
There will be five performances April 28-May 3.
The actor last performed in New York’s Theatreland in 2002, with “Robin Williams: Live on Broadway”.
