Raging Bull Injures 40 People In Spain

Spain, Aug 20, (THAINDIAN NEWS) In a shocking incident a raging bull rammed into crowd and injured number of spectator in Spain on Wednesday. The huge sized animal with a weight of 500 kg broke the fence at the bullfight arena and headed straight to the crowd that gathered there to watch bull fight. It went ahead menacingly and injured everyone who fell on its way. The viewers who did not expect the animal to be so menacing ran for their life creating a near stampede situation. The incident took place in Spain’s Tafalla. As per the available reports the bull left 40 people injured and 9 were admitted to hospital with severe injuries. The worst affected was a 10 year old boy who is now in a Pamplona hospital in the intensive care unit.
The incident took place at a time when the country is split on the decision to ban the traditional game. The previous month Catalonia banned it and the move created tension amidst the supporters of the game. The videos of rte raging bull and its rampage have been uploaded in the web already and the viewers can see how the animal attacked the viewers unexpectedly. One person in the crowd tried to slow down the animal by holding its horn but the beast was too powerful to be tamed at that point. Reportedly it tried to enter the stands earlier but retreated after injuring one horn.
The viewers panicked when the furious bull chased at them and they tried to flee the stand. The animal w roped in by a veteran bullfighter who was present at the venue after some minutes. The animal was roped and killed later.
