London, Nov 22 (ANI): The late Princess Diana’s butler Paul Burrell is hoping to make peace with Prince William before next year’s royal wedding.
Burrell’s friends insisted he still hopes his relationship with the Prince can be repaired.
“Paul knows Diana would want he and William to be on good terms, so the situation saddens him,” the Daily Express quoted them as saying.
“He still has ways of contacting William and hopes that they can finally sort things out, as life’s too short,” they added.
Relations between Burrell, 52, and both the princes deteriorated following Diana’s death, with the young royals reportedly unimpressed with the way he was seen to cash in on her name.
The ex-servant wasn’t even invited to her memorial service in 2007. (ANI)
