Power Balance Bracelets Santa Ana, Jan 5 (THAINDIAN NEWS) It has emerged that some of the claims of Power Balance concerning the benefits of its bracelets were - to say the least, false.

The company claimed that the bracelets had performance enhancing benefits for particularly sportsmen. That convinced many people including some top celebrities.

Celebrities like P Diddy, Kate Middleton, Leornado DiCaprio and Robert De Niro all fell for those claims. Top sportsmen like David Beckham, Cristiano Ronaldo, Shaquille O’Neal, Ian Poulter and Kevin Pietersen all used the Power Balance.

Well some of the reason why some of these top celebrities and many other people bought the bracelets may not be factual. Power Balance said that the bracelets had holograms that acted on the body and help boost the body’s energy flow.

The Australian subsidiary of the company has admitted that some of the claims are not factual because there is no scientific evidence to back them. The admission came after the competition and consumer commission in Australia conducted investigations into the claims that the company made about the bracelets.

Subsequently, the company has offered that anyone that wants to return the bracelet should do so for a full refund.

The bracelet cost more than $29.95.
