Ponting pumped to pummel New Zealand
March 3rd, 2010 - 3:10 pm ICT by ANINapier (New Zealand), Mar. 3 (ANI): Australian skipper Ricky Ponting is ready to punish the Kiwis in the Chappell-Hadlee series, the Daily Telegraph reports.
Ponting says he feels rested, enthusiastic and at the top of his game ahead of the five-match series.
New Zealand boasts of a 7-7 record in Chappell-Hadlee Trophy matches.
The Kiwis have a trump card in Shane Bond who has dismissed Ponting six times in 10 ODI games. (ANI)
