arubaAruba, Mar 21, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Aruban police have declared that they would be leading a search into the remains of the human body that is being believed to be belonging to Natalee Holloway, the honors student form the Mountain Brook High School, who went missing from the country after she went vacationing there five years back. Ever since, no clue of her whereabouts have been discovered by the police department of Aruba, although some people have been questioned as suspects. However, all of them have had to be released for lack of proper evidence. The case has been closed and reopened a number of times, but till now, no real head start into the matter has been made.

The remains of a human body were discovered in the ocean floor by a couple from Pennsylvania vacationing in Aruba. The photograph, taken underwater, shows the skeletal remains of a human body, partly embedded in the ocean floor. However, the photograph is not very clear, and an erstwhile medical examiner for New York City, Michael Baden, has commented that although the remains have the chance of not being a human body at all, it is still worth giving a try.

The diving team of the Aruban police has declared that they would be undertaking a search into the matter. However, the location of the remains or any other details of the search has not been divulged by the department. The department clarified that they would not want any onlookers during the confidential search. Beth Twitty, Natalee Holloway’s mother, has refused to comment on what might be the first possible clue about her daughter’s disappearance.
