Photog captures lightening-struck Statue of Liberty
October 13th, 2010 - 1:18 pm ICT by ANINew York, Oct 13 (ANI): A photographer has managed to capture an amazing moment - the Statue of Liberty hit by a lightening streak.
Jay Fine, who has hoped to snap a shot of lightning hitting the statue for years, was waiting in Battery Park City on Sept. 22, reports The New York Post.
Fine spent nearly two hours taking one photo after another before finally getting the money shot at 8:45 p.m. (ANI)
