Peter Andre to sue Katie Price for $490,000
November 30th, 2009 - 12:04 am ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )London, Nov 29 (IANS) Peter Andre, who split from wife Katie Price earlier this year, is suing her for around $490,000 and is seeking an injunction to prevent her bad-mouthing him.
The singer wants more than the demanded damages after she accused him of sleeping around, reports newstin.co.uk.
Jordan, as Price is known also claimed that Andre overplayed his affection for stepson Harvey. In an interview, she said he only wanted to see him for two nights every fortnight.
Andre, 36, on the other hand has vehemently denied the allegation and refuted her suggestions he had a fling with his manager, Claire Powell - who is also suing Price.
“Pete will not stand for Kate’s lies,” said a source.
