Parents Sold Daughter To Couple Who Used Her As A Slave

Nov 17, (THAINDIAN NEWS) A young girl was subjected to the worst form of physical, mental and sexual abuse thanks to her parents who sold her for around $1000 to buy a hatchback. The family that bought her used her as a slave, kept her tied up, sold her for sex to strangers and also burned and beat her with iron rods and cigarette butts. The horrifying torture story is yet to see justice served till December when the parents along with 12 others who abused the girl will go on trial.
The girl who is identified only as Sabrina, was forced to look after the 7 kids of the family that bought her from her parents. She was also kept tied up in a filthy shed where they routinely beat her up and hired her for sex. The period of her torture was between 2003 to 2006. She escaped from the ordeal after she fell critically ill and was dumped outside a hospital in Paris. The police sources said that she was found in deplorable physical and psychological state with all her teeth wiped out. Her ears and nose also needed reconstructive surgery as they were completely mutilated during the torture. The sources also added that it took her one year to completely recover and she is still bearing the physical and mental scars of the horrifying torture.
8 men and 6 women which includes the parents of Sabrina have been charged for the brutal crime. The charges against them include human trafficking, rape, barbarism and torture. If convicted, many of them could be facing a prison sentence between 2 to 15 years.
