Pals don’t believe Harry-Chelsy split will last for longNovember 14th, 2007 - 10:31 am ICT by admin
The couple met in April 2004 in Zimbabwe, and though nobody believed the relationship would last more than a few months, they proved them wrong by staying together for three years.
The relationship began to unravel soon after Chelsy moved to England to study law at the University of Leeds and be closer to her boyfriend.
Another factor that played its part in the break-up was the constant media attention surrounding the couple.
A friend of Chelsy’s revealed that she had Harry to give her some space while she decides about her future.
“Chelsy is stressed about Leeds and about how things have been heading with Harry. She has told him she wants space and is planning to go on holiday to Kenya without him before Christmas,” The Sun quoted the pal, as saying.
However, she feels that the couple may still get together.
“They’ve gone through bad patches, or cooling off periods, several times before - and always seem to come out the other end together.”
Another pal added: “Chelsy and Harry are having problems. They have a very volatile relationship and often seem to fall in and out of love.”
“But her decision to leave England is based more on the fact things just haven’t worked out in Leeds.
“In Cape Town she was part of a circle of close, loyal friends and could swan about unrecognised.
“But since arriving in Leeds she has been treated as a celebrity with students clamouring to be her friend simply due to who she’s dating. Only time will tell if this episode will spell the end for Harry and Chelsy.” (ANI)
