Pakistani dies as suicide vest blows up
August 7th, 2011 - 1:58 pm ICT by IANSIslamabad, Aug 7 (IANS) A man suspected to be a militant was killed when his suicide vest went off while he was fleeing in Pakistan’s northwest, a media report said Sunday.
The incident took place Saturday in Mohmand Agency in Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA).
Dawn said shopkeepers had attempted to stop for identification two suspected militants, but they fled.
Explosives-laden vest of one of the suspected militants went off and he was killed, said sources.
The other man got away.
