The Supreme Court will hear the case tomorrow (November 1). The petition of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) was also attached with the hearing.

The apex court said that it took the suo moto notice citing the media reports that more than 140 people were killed and hundreds got serious injuries in the tragic incident in Karachi.

The suo moto notice said that more than a week has been passed, but the culprits involved in Karachi tragedy could not be traced, while the United Nations Security Council and the international community have also expressed concern over the incident.

The whole leadership of the PPP was targeted in Karachi suicide attacks. The incident has hit the confidence of the nation, endangered business activities and would affect political activities in the country in future, the apex court statement said. (ANI)
