Oz woman, 80, caught driving at 164km/hr
July 8th, 2010 - 5:20 pm ICT by ANIMelbourne, July 08 (ANI): An 80-year-old woman has been caught driving at the speed of 164 km/hr.
The old woman from Heathcote has become one of Victoria’s oldest hoon drivers after she was caught driving at 164 km/hr.
The woman was caught on the Murray Valley Highway near Lake Boga just before 2pm. The speed limit on the highway is 100km/h.
Patrol officers of the Swan Hill Highway said that they chased her for 4km before she realised that she was being asked to pull over, reports The Courier Mail.
Police may charge her on summons for exceeding the speed limit, speed dangerous and failing to obey licence conditions. (ANI)
