Over 100 feared dead in Afghanistan explosion

The BBC quoted officials as saying, that one member of the Afghan Parliament is among the dead, while at least one other MP was wounded in the blast in the town of Baghlan.

It is still not confirmed whether it was a suicide attack or a roadside bombing.

The BBC quoted an agency report as saying that as many as 90 people may have died in the explosion, adding that the blast happened during a ceremony to re-open a sugar factory. (ANI)
