One killed in Pakistan blast
May 31st, 2011 - 10:15 pm ICT by IANSIslamabad, May 31 (IANS) At least one person was killed and five were wounded in a bomb blast in the southwestern Pakistani city of Quetta Tuesday, police said.
The remote-controlled blast took place near a police checkpost at Sariab Road, Online news agency reported.
Police rushed to the spot immediately after the incident and cordoned off the area.
No group has claimed responsibility for the blast.
