NYC unwraps Design a Condom contest!
December 16th, 2009 - 2:24 pm ICT by ANI ( Leave a comment )London, Dec 16 (ANI): New York City wants to “keep people excited” about safe sex, and so is calling on creative city residents to give the Big Apple’s next official condom a makeover.
The city’s health department has invited suggestions for a special limited-edition design.
Officials said the winning artwork, which will be selected by online voting, would feature on several hundred thousand condom wrappers.
The design could not be racy could not include copyrighted or trademarked images, reports The Telegraph.
Entries are due by January 22.
The city has handed out free condoms since 1971, giving away 40 million of them last year. (ANI)
