Now, Bush’’s brain Karl Rove bitten by the Twitter bug

London, January 12 (ANI): Karl Rove, popularly dubbed as Bushs brain after masterminding President George W. Bushs 2000 and 2004 election victories, has become the latest celebrity to join social-networking site Twitter.

The ex-Deputy Chief of Staff became fellow Twitter user to several other high-profilers such as US President-elect Barack Obama, Britney Spears and CNN personality Rick Sanchez.

The 58-year-old Republican strategist was said to be climbing the popularity ladder with more than 1,700 followers who had opted to receive his updates, reports the Telegraph.

In one Tweet, the political consultant gave away a peep of his ex-boss Bush’’s concern for his legacy, writing: “I used to get steamed up over some editorial and the President would say, ”History will get it right and we”ll both be dead!””

Amongst the sites other celebrity users were comedian Stephen Fry, television presenter Jonathan Ross, and basketball player Shaquille O”Neil. (ANI)
