Nine die in China mine accident
August 3rd, 2010 - 10:41 am ICT by IANSBeijing, Aug 3 (IANS) At least nine people were killed and seven trapped in a coal mine accident in China, authorities said Tuesday.
The accident took place at 11.19 p.m. Monday when 127 miners were working inside the Sanyuandong mine in central China’s Henan province, Xinhua reported quoting a spokesperson.
Zhengzhou Coal Industry Co. Ltd. runs the mine.
