Nine dead in Iraq car bomb attacks
October 26th, 2011 - 8:21 pm ICT by IANSBaghdad, Oct 26 (IANS) Two car bombs exploded in Iraq in quick succession Wednesday, killing at least nine people and injuring 16, Xinhua reported.
The first car bomb was detonated around 8.45 a.m. outside a government office in Derizliyah district in the northern city of Mosul, about 400 km from Baghdad.
The second car bomb went off near an army patrol in the same area. Two soldiers and three policemen were among the wounded.
