Newark, NY teen jailed for robbery
February 10th, 2010 - 3:24 pm ICT by BNO News ( Leave a comment )NEWARK, NEW YORK (BNO NEWS) – A Newark, New York teenager on Tuesday was arrested for multiple burglaries, police said.
Lucas A. Ginther, 16, was arrested for four counts of Burglary in the third degree. Ginther reportedly burglarized the Red Lobster Restaurant in Fairville, New York on three different occasions.
He was arraigned in the Town of Arcadia Court in front of Town Justice Arthur Williams. Ginther was committed to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of bail and scheduled to return to the Town of Arcadia Court on February 16.
