Natalie Imbruglia dismisses romance rumours
March 3rd, 2009 - 6:29 pm ICT by IANSLondon, March 3 (IANS) Australian singer-songwriter Natalie Imbruglia laughed off rumours of romance with British royal Prince Harry saying that she is definitely not dating the 24-year-old.
The “Torn” hitmaker was linked to the newly single prince after she invited him to celebrate her 34th birthday in London last month, reports contactmusic.com.
The pair was rumoured to have been in regular contact ever since. But Imbruglia, who split from Silverchair frontman Daniel Johns in 2008, said there is no romantic connection between her and the young royal.
“He was at my party, that’s it. I met him for about two seconds,” she said.
