London, Nov 30 (IANS) Singer Rihanna who cut ties with her father Ronald Fenty when he showed up drunk at one of her concerts last year has said she doesn’t want to reconcile with him, as he is as stubborn as a teenager.
“He has too much pride (to get in contact). It’s almost like we play opposite roles - I’m the adult and he’s the stubborn teenage boy,” she said, reports contactmusic.com.

She however insisted her mother, Monica, gives her the strength to deal with the absence of her father from her life.

“Luckily my mom raised me with enough qualities to take on something like that. She is the least judgemental person,” she said.

“My whole life… she has always been there guiding me but she was never too hands-on. She was just there by my side making sure I didn’t make the wrong decision,” she added.
