Windermere, Feb 21 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The age-long debate on whether the loch ness monster is real or not does not seem to be dying down anytime soon.
A couple claimed that they have seen the creature on Lake Windermere. They have some sort of ‘evidence’ because they actually snapped the supposed creature up. The nature of the photo - it was taken with a cell phone- makes it difficult to determine whether the image is a monster or something else that is floating on the water.
Sarah Harrington and her boyfriend Tom were out on the lake and they claim that the animal surfaced for about 20 seconds right in front of them before it disappeared back into the waters. Though they were shell shocked, they managed to snap a picture before the creature went away.
MSNBC published the picture. The published picture has reignited the debate on the existence of the animal. In just a matter of four years, this is the second time that someone is claiming to have seen the creature at the lake.
Local hotel owner Thomas Noblet announced in 2006 that he had spotted the creature on Lake Windermere. Coincidentally it was at the same spot that the two now claim they spotted the creature.
