Molly’s mum to seek courts permission to contact her in Lahore

London, Dec.18 (ANI): Runaway schoolgirl Molly Campbells mother is planning to go back to the courts after her Pakistani husband banned the teenager from contacting her.
Louise Campbell, 39, said she was being forced to act after her ex-husband Sajad Ahmad Rana changed the phone numbers and stopped Internet connections at his home in Lahore, Pakistan.
The mum-of-five, who lives near Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis, dropped her bid for custody of 13-year-old Molly in January after a settlement was granted which gave her access to her daughter whenever she wished.
She says her daughter - who ran off to Lahore in 2006 - has not contacted her for two months, following an argument with her ex-husband.
Now, according to The Daily Record, Louise plans to resume the legal battle in a bid to get access to Molly.
She said: “The court order said I could have round-the-clock contact with Molly by mobile phone and on the web-cam.
“Even though I could not hold her or cuddle her or breathe her in, I could see her smiley face on the web-cam and we would just chat away and joke.
“I have had just two 15-minute phone calls from Molly since. Her dad gave her a phone-card and told her to tell me the Internet server was down and the mobile phone was broken. But I know he did it to punish me.
“I now need to go back to court because Sajad has broken the court order,” she was quoted, as saying. (ANI)
