London, Aug 1 (ANI): English actress Sienna Miller is facing the bitterest rival of her life - her lover Balthazar Gettys estranged wife.

It was revealed that the 33-year-old father-of-four has been emailing his wife Rosetta pleading for her forgiveness, leaving the Alfie actress devastated.

On July 31 it came to light that his 38-year-old wife is willing to try and salvage their marriage, and to give her actor husband a second chance, even though she has been hurt by the way he has publicly cavorted with Miller, 26.

“Rest assured she won”t make any rash decisions with regards their marriage, Daily Mirror quoted a pal as saying.

“Balthazar is incredibly confused at the moment - torn in fact.

“As time goes by he realises how deep his love for Rosetta and their children is.

“Rosetta thinks the bond she has with him and their kids is stronger than anything Sienna can offer.

“Despite reports to the contrary, the door is still wide open for a reconciliation,” the pal added.

Friends fear Getty’’s recent troubles mirror his destructive behaviour as a youth.

As a teenager he battled drug addiction and at 15 he ran off with an older woman. Rosetta knew of his problems when they met 10 years ago and she believes his fling with Sienna could be a reoccurrence of issues not yet resolved.

She is still refusing to speak publicly about Sienna’’s relationship with her husband and is holed up in her house in LA.

“Rosetta is maintaining a dignified silence with regards to this whole affair. She has their children to think about,” a source said.

The couple have Cassius, eight, Grace, seven, Violet, four, and June, 10 months. (ANI)
