New York, Oct 6 (IANS) Candace Bushnell, creator of the American cable TV programme “Sex and the City”, has gone on record to say she will love to see teen star Miley Cyrus play the young Carrie Bradshaw in a prequel to the hit TV series. Bushnell is currently writing two new teen “Sex and the City” books, which will follow Sarah Jessica Parker’s character in high school, reports thehollywoodnews.com.
“Carrie in high school did not follow the crowd - she led it. It was there that she began observing and commenting on the social scene,” Bushnell said.
The books are set to be released in 2009.
