Even then, representatives of the White House are yet to comment on the latest buzz. Could it be possible that Michelle Obama has also been bitten by the baby bug from friend Mariah Carey who is also expecting twins this year? Back in December, as the singer kept herself busy singing Christmas carols at the Christmas in Washington special, she let it slip out that she was expecting twins with husband Nick Cannon. The first one to know about the news of her pregnancy was Barack Obama and his wife Michelle Obama.

The news that Michelle Obama is expecting has hit the gossip blogs like wildfire. The credit goes to a rumor that was circulated by a characteristically unreliable world news site as well as twitter, which has been circulating fake news on end for the past one week. Although the news has spread all over the web, there are sources which claim that the news is completely false. Michelle Obama pregnancy rumors were laughed away. Previously, the First Lady has already denied speculations that she was expecting her third child. Michelle Obama told Oprah Winfrey in her magazine that she herself is surprised with the scoop. She said that she works hard on her abs, declaring that neither she is pregnant, nor does she have any plan of being so.

There’s yet another source which said that the First Lady is expected to have the baby in late July. This has been the most recent rumor, initiated from some psychic prediction. With rumors hitting the web for the past one week, it seems only time would prove whether the Obamas are on their to welcome a new member in their family.
