Mexico bus accident kills seven

Mexico City, June 27 (IANS) At least seven people have been killed and 12 injured in a bus accident in the central Mexican state of Puebla, EFE news agency reported. The accident occurred at around 1.00 a.m. Thursday on the Mexico City-Tuxpan highway in the city of Xicotepec de Juarez.

The bus was apparently speeding on a winding road and fell into a ravine.

Rescue officials have pulled out all the passengers from the bus.

Meanwhile, the authorities are trying to identify the bodies, the report said.
