Washington, August 19, 2010 (Just Flashed): The powers that be at Bethany in New York have mentioned that a male of western New York has been arraigned with driving a van under the condition of inebriation. The police officers have asserted that this male named Duane Bush had driven a van 11 miles devoid of one of its tires. The workplace of the Sheriff of Genesee County has voiced that another motorist had witnessed a tire falling off a van intertwining on a road in Bethany at night on Monday. What is quite eccentric about Duane Bush, however, is that his driving license or certificate had run out 33 years ago.

The law enforcement officials eventually apprehended the 61-year-old Duane Bush at his abode in Bethany. The police personnel have divulged that the van of Duane Bush implausibly journeyed 11 miles via the rural town bereft of a rear right tire.

Duane Bush has been impeached with aggravated drunk driving and uncertified operation of a motor vehicle. The enforcers of the law have revealed that his blood-alcohol intensity was more than three times greater than the lawful limit of .08 percent.

The law enforcement squad is unaware whether Duane Bush has a legal representative to defend him and there is no telephone cataloged for Duane Bush.

Bethany happens to be a rural town situated 32 miles southwest of Rochester.
