Earthquake PhilippinesThere was an earthquake in Samar,Philippines with the magnitude of 5.2 on the Richter scale.

The earthquake occurred on Wednesday, October 08, 2008 at 19:09:28 UTC (Coordinated Universal Time ) and Thursday, October 09, 2008 at 03:09:28 AM at epicenter local time as reported by the U.S. Geological Survey.

The epicenter is 70 km (45 miles) ESE of Legaspi, Luzon, Philippines, 105 km (65 miles) NNW of Calbayog, Samar, Philippines,105 km (65 miles) NE of Masbate, Masbate, Philippines, 410 km (255 miles) ESE of MANILA, Philippines

Previously, on October 7th, 2008, there was an earthquake in Samar,Philippines with the magnitude of 5.3 on the Richter scale.
