Magnitude 4.6 quake hits China
June 6th, 2010 - 6:32 am ICT by IANSBeijing, June 6 (IANS) An earthquake measuring 4.6 on the Richter scale hit China’s Shanxi province, but there was no report of any casualty, the China Earthquake Networks Centre said.
The quake occurred at 8.58 p.m. Saturday. Its epicentre was 38.2 degrees north latitude and 112.7 degrees east longitude, at a depth of five km, Xinhua reported.
