London, May 31 (IANS) Pop diva Madonna threw a themed party to celebrate completion of one-year of David Banda’s adoption.
The singer’s adoption of the Malawian three-year-old was finalised in May 2008 and the 50-year-old was keen not to let the anniversary pass without a bash. She threw the party Friday, reports contactmusic.com.
Madonna turned her Sunset Boulevard home in Los Angeles into a race track for the day and kitted the driveway out with checkered flags and balloons. She also hired Hot Wheels goodies so that David, his brother Rocco and friends could enjoy a race day.
