London, Apr 30 (ANI): Two Los Angeles traffic cops have been suspended after they starred alongside a blonde actress in a porn film, while they were on duty.

In the explicit video, the unnamed pair, both in uniform, is seen spanking and fondling the naked woman in broad daylight on a city street.

Their X-rated antics came to light after an investigation by NBC4 Los Angeles, which received a copy of the video from another traffic department employee.

In the film, available on an adult subscription site, a naked blonde actress is seen throwing herself into the arms of one of the uniformed men, who fondles her breasts and spanks her.

Then she turns and spanks his colleague, who lets her into their official city car where she performs a lewd act on herself.

According to NBC4, the scene is part of a longer video in which the woman is fondled and groped by men “in a range of work environments”.

In an internal memo seen by the channel, it appears the city’s head of parking enforcement, Jimmy Price, knew about the video more than two months ago but failed to act.

In an email, dated February 21, he told staff about a recent incident involving an “inappropriate website” featuring a city uniform and a car.

“City and department policy prohibit this kind of misconduct, on and off the job… failure to meet the standards of conduct will result in disciplinary action, up to and including discharge,” the Daily Mail quoted him as writing.

When NBC4 asked why he had not disciplined the two men, Price replied he had only seen some stills from the video, and was not “able to positively identify the individuals as employees”.

But according to the officers who gave NBC4 the video, Price has seen it and knows exactly who the officers are.

Both officers have now been placed on administrative leave pending a full investigation.

The Los Angeles Department of Transportation is now investigating after the channel showed its general manager a copy of the film.

“It’s absolutely disgusting. Immediately, we will conduct a full investigation,” LADOT General Manager Amir Sedadi said in a statement to the Los Angeles Times.

“The department does not condone or tolerate unacceptable or inappropriate behaviour from any of our employees.

“The allegations involving these two individuals in no way should be taken as representative of the nearly 600 professional parking and traffic officers in the city,” he added. (ANI)
