London, Dec 13 (ANI): A list of suspects that was made by late President John F. Kennedy’s secretary at the time of his assassination is to be auctioned off.

Evelyn Lincoln made the list immediately after Kennedy was gunned down in Texas, and as she mulled over who could have ordered the assassination, she penned her thoughts down on a single sheet of paper.

On the list she made while flying home on Air Force One, Richard Nixon and the country’s vice president Lyndon Johnson were included along with the Klu Klux Klan, the CIA and Communists.

The never-before-seen note is now up for sale and is expected to go for more than 20,000 pounds at an auction next week.

Lincoln was riding in the motorcade with Kennedy when he was shot dead by Lee Harvey Oswald in Dallas, Texas.

Her note read ‘the KKK, Dixiecrats, [Teamsters boss Jimmy] Hoffa, [the] John Birch Society, Nixon, [South Vietnam President Ngo Dinh] Diem, Rightist, CIA in Cuban fiasco, Dictators [and] Communists’.

On the back of the list is another note, written more than 20 years later when she passed on her letters to Kennedy collector Robert White.

“There is no end to the list of suspected conspirators to President Kennedy murder,” the Daily Mail quoted the note as reading.

“Many factions had their reasons for wanting the young president dead. That fact alone illustrates how the world suffers from a congenital proclivity to violence,” it stated.

The note, consigned by the Gettysburg Museum of History, will be auctioned by Alexander Autographs in Stamford, Connecticut. (ANI)
