Lebanon rules out terrorism in Ethiopian Airlines crash
January 25th, 2010 - 7:25 pm ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )Beirut, Jan 25 (DPA) Lebanon has ruled out terrorism as a cause for the crash of an Ethiopian Airlines plane which plunged into the sea shortly after take-off from Beirut International Airport Monday.
“We have ruled out foul play,” President Michel Suleiman told a press conference at the Defence Ministry.
“Investigation and the rescue mission is continuing,” he said, speaking as rescue teams scoured the Mediterranean off the Lebanese coast.
