Toronto, July 27 (IANS) Leander Paes and his Czech partner Lukas Dlouhy went down in straight sets to second seeds Daniel Nestor and Nenad Zimonjic in the semifinal of the $2,615,000 ATP Rogers Masters. The seventh seeded Indo-Czech pair lost 3-6 6-7 (5).

This was the third semifinal appearance for Paes and Dlouhy since the duo came together in French Open this year. The Indo-Czech combine had finished runners-up at Halle before reaching the semi-final at Wimbledon before.

Paes and Dlouhy missed several opportunities. They squandered as many as four break points in the first set. They came back hard in second set but the second seeds thwarted their challenge.

The Canadian-Serbian duo will look to win their third straight title as they face top seeds Mike and Bob Bryan.

The Bryan brothers beat Australians Paul Hanley and Jordan Kerr 6-3, 6-4 in the other semifinal.
