Ninth seed Paes and Dlouhy thrashed the unseeded Argentine pair 6-4, 6-4 in under an hour at the Roland Garros.
Rohan Bopanna and his Pakistan partner Aisam-ul Haq Qureshi bowed out after going down to top seeds Mike and Bob Bryan of America 1-6, 4-6 in the opening round.
