- London, Oct 29 (IANS) Boyzone singer Stephen Gately’s partner Andrew Cowles says he can’t find the dead singer’s will.
Gately died Oct 10 this year. According to mirror.co.uk, the hunt is on to find the will which will reveal the future of Gately’s over $11 million (7.2 million pounds) fortune. Cowles has been told that the will is safe with a London-based company of solicitors. But he doesn’t know which solicitor has the copy of the last wishes.
Cowles is trying to find the will and it will be read to Gately’s family soon.
A source close to Cowles said: “It really is panic stations. They can’t locate Stephen’s will anywhere. The problem is, (Cowles) has no idea which firm holds the will and nobody from the firm has got in touch with him to say they have it. Everything is up in the air now.”
