Kristine Luken: American Tourist stabbed to death in Israel
December 20th, 2010 - 10:05 pm ICT by Pen Men At WorkDecember 20, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): An American tourist by the name of Kristine Luken was stabbed to death in Israel by two assaulters, apparently, Arabians in an attack that may have been induced by politics. The tragedy took place in Israel when Kristine was hiking out in forests with her companion Kaye Wilson.
Kristine’s partner Kaye Wilson would have met the same fate had she not played a gamble and pretended to be dead. The cops haven’t reached any particular conclusion as yet but they are not ruling out a possible terror attack. However, no terrorist group has yet taken responsibility of the attack.
This attack may well be connected to her religious work at an evangelical ministry where she promoted Christianity amongst the Jews. The attack took place this past Saturday and the police had mistakenly identified her as Christine Logan initially.
Luken had joined the Church’s ministry in USA before she moved to Israel. Luken had befriended Kaye Wilson earlier this year and both were keen to hike together for revelry purpose.
Wilson, currently, hospitalized, informed the authorities that two people attacked them with what seemed to be a bread knife on Saturday. She feigned death and later escaped to a nearby road. But Luken wasn’t that fortunate and her dead body was traced on Sunday. The forest is in Israel but is in close proximity to the borders of the West Bank and the Palestinian villages of Husan and Wadi Fukin.
