A family that stems from Kentucky has taken Wal-Mart to court. The gross rationale behind this decision of the family is that they had discovered a deceased mouse in a milky container from which they had been guzzling for three days. Robert and Rosalind Grant have asserted that they had purchased the milky container on May 1 at Sam’s Club, which is an entity possessed by Wal-Mart. The Grants have declared that they had not corrupted the milky container in any way.
The Courier-Journal has articulated that Robert, Rosalind and their granddaughter, who is nearly 2 years old, were compelled to undergo medical concentration and cure in May subsequent to being appalled by the sighting of the mouse. The newspaper has divulged that the baby had blood in her excrement subsequent to gulping the milk contaminated by the mouse.
The family initiated the lawsuit against Wal-Mart in the Jefferson Circuit Court on Monday. The legal representative of the complainant happens to be William Davis. Davis has portrayed his clients as being in a state of absolute trauma.
The spokesperson of Wal-Mart happens to be Phillip Keene. He has mentioned that Wal-Mart is meticulously dedicated to ensuring the safeness and excellence of its products. Keene has declared that Wal-Mart is having a look at the remonstration of the Grants. Wal-Mart is also being assisted by the provider named Ohio-based Superior Dairy Inc.
