Joran van der Sloot’s mom says that ‘he is sick in the head’

Amsterdam, Jun 20 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The mom of Joran van der Sloot says that ‘he is sick in the head’. She said that he has mental problems, and he went to Peru because his family wanted to send him to a mental institution, so in order to escape being sent there, he went to Peru.
Joran van der Sloot is the main suspect in the shooting of Natalee Holloway, and is also accused in the murder of another woman Stephany Flores.
Joran’s mother – Anita van der Sloot said that, “He lied so much, that we became desperate. He said to me too, ‘Mom, I sometimes don’t know any more if something is a lie or the truth’. Joran is sick in his head, but he didn’t want any help. I think it is intensely sad that that businessman Flores has lost his daughter, and I my son. That’s how it feels.”
According to reports, this is the first public comment since Joran was arrested on suspicion of murdering 21 years old Stephany Flores in Peru. According to the police, Joran has also confessed that he murdered her. However later he flip-flopped and said that he is not responsible for the killing, and said that instead two thieves killed Stephany Flores.
