Pennsylvania, Mar 18 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A Pennsylvanian woman who spread terror on the Internet has pleaded not guilty to all charges against her. She has also named herself as ‘Jihad Jane’ and had plotted to kill a Swedish artist. Her actual name is Colleen LaRose, and she pleaded not guilty to the charges leveled against her in court. The 46-year-old Jihad Jane appeared in court, dressed in a green jumpsuit with cornrows adorning her blond hair. The judge has decided 3rd of May as the trial date for her case.

It may be recalled that Jihad Jane has been charged with one count of conspiracy to provide material support to terrorists, one count of conspiracy to kill in a foreign country (besides the United Sates, which is her home country), one count of making false statements and one count of attempted identity theft, according to the U.S. Attorney Michael Levy. This unique case also “demonstrates that terrorists are looking for Americans to join them in their cause, and it shatters any lingering thought that we can spot a terrorist based on appearance,” Levy said. If she is convicted in this case, then she would remain behind bars for a long time, and also pay a hefty fine of $1 million.
